We are confident in the effectiveness of our Turmeric Cottons. That is why we offer you a 60-day satisfaction or refund guarantee after receipt.

Return of Other Products

For serums, creams, and other cosmetic products, you have a period of 30 days after receipt to request a return.

Return Procedure

1. Return Request: Contact us by email at contact@sefia.co with your order number.

2. Validation: Within 24 to 48 business hours, you will receive an email confirming acceptance or refusal of your return. If accepted, we will send you a return slip. If refused, we will specify the reason. 

3. Sending the Product: Carefully pack the product and use the provided return slip to send back the package.

4. Receipt and Inspection: Once the product is received, we will check its condition before proceeding with the refund.

The customer has 30 days after return acceptance to send us the package. After this period, the return may be refused.

Refunds

The refund will be made within 7 to 14 business days after receipt and verification of the product, using the payment method used at purchase.

The satisfaction or refund guarantee is valid only for purchases made on our website sefia.co, and is not valid for purchases made in physical stores or elsewhere.
