Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of Séfia Co OÜ (hereinafter "Séfia") and its customers within the framework of the sale of products via the website sefia.co

Article 2 – Acceptance of the conditions

Any order placed on the site implies the customer's unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 3 – Products

The essential characteristics of the products as well as their TTC prices are available on the site. The customer acknowledges having read the information related to the products before placing the order.

Article 4 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros all taxes included (TTC).
Delivery fees and/or customs duties may apply depending on the destination (see Article 8).

Séfia reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the price in effect at the time of the order.

Article 5 – Order

Orders are placed on the site sefia.co
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and product descriptions. Séfia reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute related to a previous order.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is due immediately after order validation. The customer can pay using the methods offered on the site (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Séfia guarantees payment security through a secure system.

Article 7 – Delivery and deadlines

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of order.
The estimated delivery times are:

  • Mainland France: 2 to 4 business days

  • DOM-TOM: 7 to 15 business days

  • Europe: 4 to 6 business days

  • International: 6 to 10 business days

In accordance with the law, delivery will take place within a maximum period of 30 days after order confirmation.

Article 8 – Customs duties and taxes

For any delivery outside the European Union and in certain territories (including the DOM-TOM), customs fees, import taxes, and local duties may be applied by the authorities of the destination country.
These costs remain entirely the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the carrier or local authorities upon delivery.

Article 9 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with legal provisions, the customer has a period of 30 days after receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification.

Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer can contact Séfia by email at contact@sefia.co by providing their order number and their intention to withdraw.

For SEFIA Cottons, a specific 60-day guarantee applies (see Article 10).

Article 10 – Returns and refunds

Legal right of withdrawal
The customer has 30 days after receipt to return an unopened product in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Opened or unsealed products (serums, creams, and other cosmetics) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

In case of our error (defective product, wrong item), return shipping costs are covered by Séfia.

The refund will be made within 14 days following the receipt of the returned products, via the same payment method used for the order.

Commercial guarantee "Satisfied or refunded" – Turmeric Cottons
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, Séfia offers a Satisfied or refunded guarantee valid exclusively on SEFIA Cottons (jars and refills).

The customer has 60 days after receipt to return the product, even if opened, to obtain a refund. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

This warranty is limited to a single use per customer.

The refund will be made within 14 days following the receipt of the return, via the same payment method used for the order.

This warranty is valid only for purchases made on the sefia.co website and does not apply to purchases made in physical stores or elsewhere.

Article 11 – Legal guarantees

All products benefit from:

  • of the legal conformity warranty (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the Consumer Code);

  • of the hidden defects warranty (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).

These guarantees allow the customer to return a defective or non-compliant product free of charge within a period of 2 years from delivery.

Article 12 – Intellectual property

All elements of the site (images, texts, logos, brands, design, etc.) remain the exclusive property of Séfia.
The Séfia brand is registered with the EUIPO.
Any unauthorized reproduction, exploitation, or use is strictly prohibited.

Article 13 – Personal data protection (GDPR)

Séfia is committed to protecting its customers' personal data. The information collected is used only for order processing and customer relations.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679), the customer has the right to access, rectify, delete, object to, and port their data.

Article 14 – Environmental responsibility

In accordance with regulations, Séfia is registered under the number CITEO : FR463193_01TXOL for the management of its packaging.

Article 15 – Applicable law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law applicable to the consumer in their country of residence, in accordance with European regulations.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the consumer's place of residence.
